Creation Of Digipak

Creation Of Digipak

For my Digipak, i have decided to create a black and white theme.
This is because with Deacon, and the music he presents, it really is a "what you see is what you get" type of atmosphere. He does not try to sugar coat any of his lyrics, and i reflect this in the grey scale digipak.

The fact that he is also grey, along with the background, portrays him to blend in with his surroundings and does not put him on a pedastool.

Location Shots

I Chose this graveyard in particular, mainly because it is practical for the actors to get to, as its location is near to where each actor would be travelling from. It is also a very nice location, and the grave in which we used to film is property of the family, therefore it was not hard to get filming permission.
This is the location I used for the killing scene, as at night time it is very quiet. Practically, this makes sense as there will be no passers by. It also makes visual sense as it is a quiet area in which an act like the one on could take place.

This location is ideal for the concept part of the music video. The camera lenses is perfect for the width of the stage, and providing we clean up the backdrop, it has potential for a perfect setting.
